Top 5 Funny Things Amacker Said Today
Amacker was pretty funny today. Her voice is raspy and quiet, but her personality is all there. Here are a few gems from the day...#5. "My breath tastes like Saturday morning."
#4. "I stink!" (She doesn't, but has a food tube down her nose, so that might smell funny.)
#3. "This feels like a very bad game."
#2. "Get me OUT of here!"
And the funniest thing she said, and certainly the one thing her family members really don't want to hear right now...
#1. "I miss my bike."
Thanks to Paul for the cute picture.

Every time I see a yellow bike now, I miss your bike too. And I had only seen it once.

Damn it is nice to read that Amacker is talking again. It somehow makes it feel like everything is going to be ok (eventually). Please give her my best and I look forward to visiting her when she is out of the ICU. - joseph
Hooray!!! The first thing I barked about when I came outta sedation in my bed at the hospital in Truckee 5 years ago, was "where is my snowboard- I want my snowboard!"
Sick how we cling to the objects that assist us in getting into these painful predicaments- but a unique tribe we are, indeed.
Heal!!
Yea!!!! I can't wait to come see Amacker!
So what were her actual "First" words? We have a betting pool going on over here.

Welcome Back Sweetie!
It's been a tough ride for all of those that LoVe you out here, though your ride has probably been a little tougher than ours. I never doubted you would pull through this. Hi Amacker,
Sometimes I just need to hear the sound of a bike and I miss my bike, even if it's just in the garage. But when it all comes down to it, I'm glad that you are still here with us. Toys can be replaced, you cannot be replaced...
And maybe this means you have room in your garage/driveway for more toys... let's get you healthy first ;)
hugs, Zsuzsu
Still tearful with joy today. God it's great to hear you are awake and bitching about bordem! Really anxious to see you! We're bringing you back something from Alaska (I know you had initial thoughts of joining us kayaking.... someday soon you will!)
